PRINCIPLES
Adoption Supervisors Guatemala is an organization that
fundamentally believes in ethics and moral values as the basis
of our actions. We believe in God as the center of our
professional activities and we consider God as the Creator and
Maker of justice and truth.
We firmly believe in the institution of Adoption as a means for
building families and for the mutual blessing of the children
and their adoptive parents. Through the years, we have observed
the far-reaching impact of this noble institution and we have
witnessed the wonder of connecting children with their adopting
families. As a result of this experience, we strive for
defending the constitutional right of Adoption.
We also believe in the rights that are awarded to our clients
especially to those regarding reliable and detailed information
of the adoption processes they carry out. Such information
involves hiring professional services (agencies, intermediaries,
and Attorneys) in order to help them achieve and conclude the
adoption process. We are convinced that if all requirements of
our civil laws are met, the adoption process will be achieved
successfully. There cannot be any exceptions unless otherwise
established by law. No authority is above the law, hence if all
legal requirements are met the process has to conclude in the
benefit of the family and child.
MISSION
Our
mission consists in providing our clients with accurate
information as well professional, reliable and appropriate legal
counseling regarding the adoption process.
This
mission has the sole purpose to conclude these proceedings
successfully for the wellbeing of all the parties involved.
