It is important to assess every case, exchange general information of the situation, problems, or simply assess doubts that the family has regarding the adoption process. Once the family has hired us, the first step is to clarify and understand all the regulations of the Guatemalan and American laws related to the adoption process.

Our corporation will provide follow-up measures to possible amendments to the pertinent laws in adoption through lobbying procedures at the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala as well as other related institutions. Moreover, we keep our clients up-to-date of any possible amendment in relation to the procedures of American laws related to adoptions.

• Advise regarding the adoption process, dossier, INS documents, etc.
It is important to know that our corporation is not limited only to counseling families whose cases have already begun.
